Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Cannon Air Force Base, N.M. — The 27th Special Operations Medical Group recently joined the likes of gold-star health care programs worldwide in both ambulatory health care and primary care when it was accredited and certified, respectively, by The Joint Commission, Feb. 10, 2024, here.

Cannon AFB Medical Group continues targeted care model

CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. — Cannon AFB Air Commandos seeking mental health care can begin the vectoring process by scheduling an appointment with the 27th SOMDG behavioral health clinic at (575) 784-1108.

The 27th Special Operations Medical Group is addressing limited medical specialty care by bringing certified medical specialists to Cannon Air Force Base with the Circuit Rider Program. The 27th SOMDG introduced the Circuit Riders Program to bring in specialty healthcare providers to Cannon AFB. Ensuring all Air Commandos and their families enrolled in TRICARE prime have accessibility to in-house specialty care.
