Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Dental

Dental at the 27th Special Operations Medical Group - Cannon Air Force Base consists of Dental. 
Dental Services provided for active duty only, include:
  • Annual exams and cleanings
  • Fillings
  • Minor surgery for single tooth extractions and third molar extractions
  • Minimal dental prosthetics for crowns
  • Bridges
  • Mouth guards
  • Emergency dental care. Dental emergencies are defined as extreme pain, bleeding, swelling, trauma, and/or infection.
Services provided for dependents, include OCONUS PCS Clearance Exams when space is available.

Dental Options Outside of Military Dental Clinics

For dental care outside of a military dental clinic, TRICARE offers dental coverage for service members, families and survivors. Additionally, retired service members, their families and certain survivors may qualify to purchase dental coverage through the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program.
